Zucchini, Tomatoes, Green Beans, Eggplant and Organic Flowers
Zucchini is packed with many important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It has a high fiber content and a low calorie count.
Tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits. They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K.
Green beans are high in vitamin K, and they also contain a decent amount of calcium. These nutrients are important for maintaining strong, healthy bones and reducing your risk of fractures. Getting enough folate isn’t just important during pregnancy. The B vitamin is also important for reducing depression.
Eggplant is high in fiber, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B-6, low in calories and antioxidants support heart health.
